    If you use one of the more popular Torrent-protocol clients (i.e. Deluge, qBittorrent or uTorrent), it's as simple as leaving the program open and just to not pause it.
    However, in order to seed a Torrent file, you have to leech (download) the files completely into your computer, as seeding is basically sending the existing files to other users.
    Some ISPs will not allow P2P traffic or might require some sort of port forwarding, DMZ setting or even any PnP support by your router, modem or your own pc.
    If your ISP doesn't tolerate P2P traffic at all, you have no choice other than using a VPN service of your choice.

    you need a complete russian pack, if you want read everything on russian language...unluckily i didn't find anything related to the current version. Even more it would be a whole mess.
