    All the hunting monsters are underground, also the Humpback Whale.
    I hope they get fixed soon :(

    Whenever I do this quest, I usually just find one and if it's glitched in the mountain, I stand above it and it'll (mostly) run out to were I can shoot it.

    yes I've noticed this with many elk...if you move up the mountain range to the other side Olvia there are few there that don't seem affected.

    I tried to take a ride in the sea of balenos and there is no monster required.

    Yea I ran into that as well...put in a report about it just do the skilling hunting dailies but the king bear and king wolf are bugged because so difficult to get the bird meat....[wild] seagulls can be rarely taken close enough to the ground to be able to harvest it.

    Bird meat is used in both the King Boss Bear Lure trap and the King Boss wolf lure trap ….1 animal trap + 10 bird meat + 10 whichever meat you need for bear or wolf. Seems that kuku meat and chicken meat don't work it must be bird meat from gulls.

    same npc gives wolf quest as well but the wolf is super glitchy teleporting all over the place lol

    @Kolka could you possibly look into the [wild] seagulls they are flying so high you can barely shoot them and when they hit the ground you cannot butcher them. I did put in report a couple weeks ago but I've seen no response and weirdly enough I can't seem to find my report to link it.
