    After the second server shutdown yesterday evening 17:23 clock are all the characters on my account away. The login on the EU servers worked fine. After several logins later the character bowser is always completely empty.
    What can I do?
    My GameZ Family Name : Apocalyptic

    Since I have not deleted Active, how is it possible that all four characters are gone?
    In the web account on Gamezbd.net all four characters are still visible! As seen in the Picture.

    The Problem is cleared!

    The problem was easy to fix. After updating the GamezBD Launchers the Standart Location was NA Servers. :)
