[Workers] Stats gained per level are far lower than it should

    [Workers] Stats gained per level are far lower than it should
    Bug Description:
    The stats gained by workers each level are far far lower than normal.

    Retail workers:

    Artisan Goblin Worker:

    Level 1 base stats:
    Work Speed: 115
    Movement Speed: 5
    Luck: 6

    Average stats at lvl 30:
    Work Speed: 143
    Movement Speed: 7.3
    Luck: 10.5

    Professional Goblin Worker:

    Level 1 base stats:
    Work Speed: 90
    Movement Speed: 4.5
    Luck: 5.5

    Average stats at lvl 30:

    The average values given are not definitive. It is simply to illustrate the huge difference in stats between GamezBD workers and Retail workers. Looks at the workers in GamezBD , especially on Work Speed , in 30 lvls they barely gain 2-3 , maybe 4 if super lucky.This leads to less yield from a Worker Empire on Gamez compared to Retail.
    The differences in stats are so big that, definitely something is wrong with the Gamez formula for stat gain/lvl of workers.

    The same applies to Papu and Fadus.Just I do not have SS available with those to point it out also.

    Thanks for this...I do think that you are right about this...the Workers leveling up both Skills and Stats do seem way off...but then again I am not so sure that they are being used to calculate much about the workers performance either, since I have had workers with specialty skills, like a jewelry-specialty worker for instance, that was the same tier -as well as same level- as another worker with similar stats even, and yet the other one without the jewelry skill was working faster making jewelry. So you might be onto something there :)

    Then again I have made quite a few attempt to make some basic changes to how GamezBD handles the Worker-Empire in general...such as a MUCH needed increase in Worker-Value, since the maximum you can gain from an Artisan (maximum Tier) level 30 (maximum Level) Worker is around 12 million silver, which is approximately what a completely new character can make within an hour, just doing the Main-Storyline quest-chain :D

    In comparison, it takes at least more than a week or two, to level a Worker up from Apprentice (Green) to Artisan (Orange/Red), so the amount of time invested in doing so is COMPLETELY insanely disproportionate as the silver income is quite high on our servers.

    The time it takes a worker to either craft or gather something from a node depends on the node's workload , distance and worker's work speed , movement speed.Not level or tier.The total worker's work speed for a specific task(which include the base work speed + speed from skills) you can see it when you click on the node and select the worker.
    The exact formula, if I remember correctly is something on the lines of : Work Cycle Time (seconds) = (Distance / Speed) x 2 + ROUNDUP(Workload / Work Speed) x 600
