Alchemy Event

Hello Daevas,

The Alchemy Event is a very simple scripted event which will take place on our servers from the 09/09/2014 until the 18/09/2014.
During this event, you will be able to turn useless junk into precious loot, just like ancient alchemists used to do.

How does the event work?

A Suspicious Alchemist will appear in several major towns in Atreia, accompanied by worthy treasure boxes.
In order to open these boxes, you will need to obtain Copper Keys (Common Treasure Boxes) and Golden Keys (Premium Treasure Boxes).

Keys can be obtained with two different methods:

1) The Suspicious Alchemist:
Every day at 9:00 AM, the Suspicious Alchemist will give you one free Key Pouch. Open it to get either one Copper Key or one Golden Key.

2) Alchemical Transmutation:

Alchemist's Pouches will randomly drop from level 30+ mobs and bosses.
These bundles can be opened, rewarding you with Lead Fragments and Alchemic Essences.
You can easily combine these items by double-clicking on one of them, which will reward you with one Key Pouch .

Elysea:

• Sanctum, Elyos square.

Asmodae:

• Pandaemonium, Pandaemonium Plaza.

what mobs??? i tried many nobody dropped it

 

This event is broken for me, two toons have lost their keys and not gotten anything or any box open. Also nothing is dropping pouches

 

And what exactly happened? It works fine for everyone else, you must be doing something wrong.
The drop rate for Alchemist Pouches is not high, therefore you will rarely find many around.

 

I just saw this and have two questions.. The treasure boxes spawn every now and then, let's say every hour? And do they open when one person uses them? I mean if someone uses one then it will show that it's already been opened and nobody else can open it?

 

is bugged if somebody is already opening the box and you try too...your key disapeare and u get nothing (the other person does)

 

The boxes are supposed to respawn ever 60 seconds. You need to use your key on a box which has not been opened already, otherwise you will get no reward.

 

What do you mean what happened? I opened a pouch and got a key, then I use the key on an unopened box and my key disappeared but my box didn't open.

 

You must have clicked on a box which as already been opened, the boxes work fine for everyone.

 

Yeah the boxes respawn pretty quick, I had an issue with one lesser box as well, used a key on one with my alt but it didn't open. Wasn't a big deal anyway

 

Really? I clicked on one that was already open? Others are already saying they have lost their keys too. . . and I already said it was UNOPENED, if your gonna ignore what we say, why moderate?

 

respawn time needs to be changed at 1 sec,i want 5min to open 3 box..

 

i lose another 3 keys when i open 1 box but next time i will know to dont keep more than 1 key in inventory
