Solved kinah -_-

my items sold for 13.5b kinah in broker .. when i collect them all... the kinah was gone... can anyone make some solution for kinah limitation or else broker items worth limitation so that anyone cant lose their kinah from items sold in broker ... for now my 13.5b was unknown

 

You are able to store 10b kinah, if you try to store 1 more kinah, it disappears.

 

but how is my lost kinah ? ... 13b </3.. can anyone return it to me ?

 

No, unfortunately we cannot give you kinah. Take it as a learning, do not try to store more than 10b kinah.

 

I never had ten billion kinah in my inventory, but when I do, I divide them into 3. One part: Legion WH, another part: acc wh, last part: inv, so like, 3.5b each part or less. try not to be so greedy. Like @Thyller seru said, never attempt to store kinah in your inventory. IF possible, try to segregate it to different places (like what I mentioned above, but make sure that the Legion is yours), or your hardwork or kinah will turn to dust. Poof.

 

kinah is no use now I think better vote and earn credits

 

Who said kinah isn't useful? Don't u use it to buy scrolls and pots in broker? Tell me you haven't done that ever since or i'll hunt you and kill you.

Ps: It's useful in trades too. Like op traders, "add kinah ser, add pots ser, add scrolls, add extra item ser"

 

but.. it just happned when i collect my kinah from items sold in broker.. i cant collect all 13.5b right ? because kinah inventoray has a limitation (10b) .....

nope.. it is useful to purchase scrolls for anti spells

Losing 3b would mean he had 3b already in his inventory?
there was a bug when the kinah you can receive from selling brokered items exceed the limit. It becomes a negative value and if you take it, you even lose the kinah you have on your inventory

 

As mentioned above by @Thyller Kinah that's greater than 10b in your inventory will automatically disappear. Sadly due to our policies we will not refund/return this amount to you. It's a heads up for next time it happens.

I do apologize however if you weren't aware of this situation and will see what we can do to get some more awareness out there regarding issues like these.
