about tournament rules ingame

it was very well said from the GM who conducted the tournament or event recently, that literally said to the players that BL/Prov set and weapons +20 are not allowed to the said event..... isn't it obvious? by not allowing the well said BL/Prov weapon and set? to whom it may i concern, please check first your rules before you conduct directly the event.... it was literally shown that the set and weapon are not allowed in the event!!!!! or tell me if im wrong, and i won't tell your name here... just a small suggestion from me.... and shout out to this gladiator Rozwell, mah brother please read the rules also ok?.....

GM said he was using prov spear +3

 

ohh yeah it's really UNFAIR to those who follow the rules..

 

Rules are ment to be broken.

 

If ppl with +20 BL set or Prov were not allowed then clean or up to +19 were able to be in event . Its like old day when EA set was best. Only ppl with EA+20/19 were not allowed in however 18 was ok. Did I get your point or I am wrong ?
