    I login normally, start from the launcher, and when the client kicks in (loads normally) I can't click, nor "start" nor "settings", nothing.

    I do can press Enter, but it just takes me to server selection, and cannot do anything further than that, won't let me click

    Go to your Black Desert Online folder > bin64 > Right click on BlackDesert64Gamez > Properties > Compatibility > check the 'Disable display scaling on high DPI settings'.

    Do the same procsss on GamezBD launcher and launch the game.

    Navigate to the following directory in your computer:
    Code:
    %userprofile%\Documents\Black Desert
    Open the GameOption.txt with any text editor (e.g. Notepad, Notepad++, Sublime Text or Atom) and edit the following lines:
    Code:
    windowed = x
    width = xxxx
    height = xxx
    To the following:
    Code:
    windowed = 2
    width = 1280
    height = 720
    File > Save As > GameOption > Save > Yes
