ERROR IN READING IN 32 BIT

Hello guys first of all i would like to greet you a happy thanks giving,

i have this error where it says error in reading in 32 bit even tho im running in 64 bit and i noticed the game is causing memory leak issues in my pc causing it to go blue screen

 

Try the following:
-Make sure you have enough free disk space.
-Delete the service.ini in 'Black Desert Online' folder.
-Delete the UserCache folder in 'Documents' > 'Black Desert' (C:\Users\HP\Documents\Black Desert\UserCache)
-Delete the Cache folder in your game installation folder.

 

I have enough space
but where can I find service .ini?

i have done that and its seems I'm still getting error message for like after an hour also it opens up a new problem wherein I constantly experience game freezing

 

Navigate to Black Desert Online folder and rename version.dat file into config.filecheck and launch the launcher.

 

I got it again

 

umm its stuck in preparing to download after checking file



I was able to work it out but the game still freezes,, I wonder whts the problem

 

It might take awhile but once you get past preparing to download you will be able to log in.
