    Please be accurate in this report, most peoplr will comment in this thread that:
    Are you playing in net cafe?
    Do you use VPN?
    Accurate when sending this problem, because moat of the solution provided for this is to wait for cooldown, and better play to your own pc which has its own IP address.

    People nowadays are annoying and repeatedly ask with a question do you play in net cafe and etc. Next time be accurate to prevent those and give solution in your certain problem in atoher words it is too broad and be specific.

    Like "rosswell "said use opera for voting. I also experienced that i cant vote even if i did not vote for the pass 24hrs. But since i used opera i can regularly vote now twice a day. just clear your history every time you finish voting.;)

    I had a problem about the screen.Bcoz when i use right click to move the screen to right or left it doesn't work well.The screen shakes!! When i try to do that..Pls help :D
