Make Siege more time variant

    The Siege time currently is 6pm est and 8pm est? I wonder if it is possible to have different time for siege, for example, 10pm EST or 12 pm EST, that way more people from different time zone can participate

    10pm server time is already too late or too early for NA/EU people. 6pm server time is already hurting a lot of guilds.... and that's including my guild. :/
