Website Issue GAMEZAION Web Cant able to log in

hello everyone is there's a problem in in web? i cant able to log in website but i can log in game what happen? once entered user name and password it keeps me out Help please

same problem here, already tried different browsers too .-.

 

still same issue i restarted already my router and also my pc but still the same but if i use mobile network not my dsl network i can log in web via mobile but using wifi dsl connection its not working please help please

yes i did, but all of them i cant able to log in using dsl wifi connection but i can able to log in game but not in web i want to buy bl parts

 

I can't log in either. After I press LOGIN the page is only refreshed and nothing more after that. It's not a matter of browser or cookies since I tried both...

 

I could log-in using Safari on my IPhone. What do you think?

 

Clear browsing history and cookies. Also, delete your Windows' Temporary files.

 

I'm not sure what other reasons you might have guys, but based on my observation, so far my conclusion:

is somehow there's a string that needs to be attached from your IP Address to the website while you're logged in game, it takes time for this string to be attached (not sure how long) so you will be able to log in on the website. This mostly happens if "you don't have a Static IP Address" (changing IP's). So basically if you are changing your IP address using the same computer you will not be able to vote from that IP until such time you're logged in game long enough to be able to vote.
They made this system maybe to avoid exploiting the voting system when you used an unrecognized IP address

- But again this is not a fact, this is just my observation.

 

I have same issue my pc newly reformatted it means everything new but this issue you have i have same still i cant figure it out how to solve need IT expert please

I cant log in . the web page is not avalible to log. i tried many times, and whitout cookies , and different browsers. and i cant along 2 days.

 

I am also having this problem, I have tried all possible types of solutions, nothing has worked so far, how can I vote or change my credits without being able to log in to the site, about 3 days ago was normal, now that they have made this change of server I'm having this problem !! my location now is Brazil I do not know if there is any!!
