Cant Login into my Account

    Hey, i cant login into my Aion account. It allways says, that my password is incorrect. Changed it like 4 Times and created a new Account but still got the problem.
    Can anyone help me with that?

    lo unico que se me ocurre es que me des una cuenta creada por ti para ver si la puedo entrar yo si me deja entrar el problema es en ti

    Is this on the website or in game?
    Either way, try to go to your connections on your computer, right click on the one that is in use for internet access, click properties, find where it says IPV6 Protocol and ensure it's unchecked, if it isn't un-check it and click "Ok" then attempt to login again.

    Its on both, website and game. In the Game it says wrong password. On the website nothing happens. But if im putting in wrong password, it says that.

    Cant find the options with the Ipv6. Still looking for it.
