    Hi there,

    I've played this game in 2012 and I stopped since then, I came back and I could login to my game account, however I don't find my characters! What should I do?

    Yes I was on Lumiel, no other way to get back my characters? Or at least not to start from the very beginning?

    Lumiel server was DELETED, everything is gone and there's no way you can get something back (nor some refunds). Enough time had been given time ago, to transfer the characters. In any case, even if you had rare old remos don't worry, there are plenty of new ones which look really much better and easier to obtain. As for PvP stuff, well ya know...
