    If you do not have any templates yet, I believe you can use those in Beauty Album (or ESC > Content > Beauty Album after logged in) as alternative.

    Gamezbd uses Global Labs client. If you're trying to use NA/EU templates, for example, they won't be compatible. I honestly do not know if we're able to use templates from global labs version either. I just know our version is not compatible with na retail.

    I tried beauty album from my original account when I created new account and click on beauty album it gives me "you are not welcome here" plus I get templates from other resources . And it work that's why I asked is there any template section here or no.

    One thing you can try is deleting the cache folder in the gamezbd folder. It could be a cache issue. Let me know whether it works. It used to work when it was black spirit adventures that did that.

    I'll try it today, I promise it is working fine for me.

    Why we always have to delete our BDO folder from Documents when this things happens? I hate when I have to do this, I've lost all my graphic confs and such. Now I always have a backup. <.<

    That's not what i suggested to do, but i'm happy it worked :eek: Sometimes issues resolved with different things over time, and i'm always happy to know about them for people who have the problems in the future.

    Oh no, that's not the case. I deleted it because of another problem, Kolka told me to do so. I was just showing @Kyrillos that my album works just fine.
