    I just donated but I have not received any credits. is it normal that it takes time..?
    if there is an issue please look into it...

    No, its not normal it usually comes right away. For sure, something wrong with their donation system. This is what happened to me too, I donated last Thursday yet my credits hasn’t arrive.
