    Can horses bought on the web have skills? Because currently the horse i buy is level 15 and did not get any skill. i dont think thats a bad luck

    It's bad luck, I also have a pegasus bought from the cash store, and I have all the good skills, more than 20

    One tip for get all skills, buy horse skill change tikets, and reemplace every level the courser spirit skill, whit that you can get all T9 horse skills easy.

    If you are not happy from skill output, you can buy mount reset scroll and start it from lvl 1 + read guide here how to have all skills on t9.

    I have Unicorn & Pegasuses from the Web-Shop.
    Unicorn with only 18 skills, Pegasuses with 17.

    Yeah it's luck.

    As sergio909 said you can reset the skills and start from lvl 1 but I don't have time to do it and try to get 20+ skills.
