No bartering menu on alt character

    No bartering menu on alt character​
    Bug Description:
    The menu to "Anchor"(=barter) does not appear despite meeting all conditions on Alt character.
    ​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    1) Do barter questline (the great expedition) on a character, everything is fine and barter works.
    2) I do the questline again on another character and try to barter.
    3) No barter menu appears where it should.
    4) swapping to the first character and everything works fine on it.

    Note: I use the same boat with the same content and go to the same NPC with the two characters.    ​

    It happened to me also.It start working after I deleted the Cache from the BDO install directory.
