Please help me, can't instal the game

After I run the GamezBDO.exe is open but after some sec, it's showing "This app can't run on your pc"

I already try http://forum.gameznetwork.com/threads/gamezbdo-errors-and-solutions.210464/ (number 30) but still same

 

Why not change the folder? I tried it in my normal download drive, but didnt work. And change its location to another drive/folder and the launcher work, i just cant play it cuz i dont have bd game file.

 

Well, I am sorry to hear about your troubles, have you had time to test @Felicity's solution yet?

If it didn't work, I would suggest that you check your windows version, in settings/system/details, at the bottom you can see the windows version number, GamezBD currently runs for 1909 only.

Please let us know when you find the solution and post it so other players can find a solve for the same problem.

 

Yes sir, I tried to change the location of the launcher of the game and it finish the 100%, i just cant play cuz i lack the gamefile. Since the file drop in my download folder not in my game drive so that might be the reason why it didnt work the first time i try to launch it. I receive the same error he got.

After i download the zip, I immediately launch it.

Then, i change the location of the launcher using my gamedrive in my laptop.



And it work by changing the location of the launcher/file. Maybe he need to transfer the launcher in the folder of the game or outside just to work, since some game cant work in some restricted folder/drive. Running it in Admin will also help.

This might not be the problem but it could be the reason you can't run it - Did you uncompress the file first? Your .exe file should have an icon.
