Solved log in stuck

scene:
i fill my log in info then press log in
accepted the terms and agreement
selected my server
then its just stuck and wont proceed to character selection

sometimes it went through but only let me play about 5 mins
then sudden lost of connection like:
zero zero durations of buffs and scrolls
wont even get to chat
wont even let me type /ping
i waited for about another 5 mins hoping it responds back
then thats when i decided to close the program

im running:
win10
8gb ram
amd ryzen 5


things i tried :
restarted my pc
restarted my router
tried using the .ini config in dump file to instantly load to 100%
and also tried normally loading the client
removed any unnecessary ping reducer/ VPN softwares
disabled my AV/firewalls (windows defender)
unchecked IPV6
run the game as admin
checked my internet connection thru speedtest.net (normal result as subscribed plan)
i even tried switching from wired to wireless connection same result

this only happened today
it was fine yesterday
and i didn't installed any programs today

conclusion:
maybe its an ISP issue
maybe its a routing issue
maybe the server needs to restart
(cause i have friends who didn't get to play due to character hard stuck
and they are waiting)

 

Hello, restart your pc and try again to login, If got freeze screen while logging in, go to task manager >processes >AION gameclient then end task. Check your internet connection If stable. Search cmd run as admin type ping -t 142.44.143.86 then enter and take a ss and post here.

 

its no longer stuck now.

prolly just an ISP issue
