    Too long siege and nodewar(?) respawn times​
    Bug Description:
    Respawn timers were updated on 19th august retail patch to 10-60 sec.​
    How to reproduce/proof:

    Reduced the cooldown for reviving during the Conquest Wars at Balenos, Serendia, Calpheon, Mediah, and Valencia. The cooldown reduction effect of Recovery Centers has not changed.
