[5.0] Essence and Transformation

What is essence?

-To make it simple, essence is basically stat points. The player has to allocate essence into either enhancing the character, transformation(s) or upgrading skills.

How do you get essence?

-You get essence just by leveling up from 66 to 75 (completing Archdaeva quest line).


Essence Window Explanation:

-Shift + U to open the window.




-This tab is all about enhancing your character’s stats. Allocate your essence as to which one fits your character and/or what you feel is best for your character. Max allocation per stat is 50.

Power – increases Physical Attack and Physical Defense.
Health – increases maximum HP, Natural Healing and Block.
Precision – increases Crit Strike, Accuracy and Magical Accuracy.
Agility – increases Evasion, Parry, Concentration and Strike Resist.
Knowledge – increases Magic Boost, Crit Spell and Magic Suppression.
Will – increases maximum MP, Natural Mana regeneration, Magic Resist and Spell Resist.





-This tab handles all Archdaeva transformations. You can upgrade as many transformations as you want as long as you have the essence to spend. You can also upgrade the transformations until level 5 for enhanced bonuses from the transformation. Note: They share the same cooldown.

Windfall – transforms you into a Wind type Archdaeva. Using this transformation removes all movement related debuffs and increases immunity to immobilization and slowing effects by 800 while increasing your attack range with all weapons by 1m for 15 seconds. Also slows all attackers for 4 seconds.
Chain skill: Mercurial Blast – Dashes 15m forward.

Terraskin – transforms you into an Earth type Archdaeva. Using this transformation gradually decreases damage taken as your HP decreases. It also increases shock resistance.
Chain skill: Terraform – removes ALL debuffs.

Incinerate – transforms you into a Fire type Archdaeva. Using this transformation makes all your non-AoE attacks inflict 540 damage on up to 6 enemies within 8m of the target. It can also reflect 1,500 damage to attackers.
Chain skill: Detonate – teleports you backwards leaving behind a fiery explosion damaging up to 8 people within 8m of the original location. Heals you for 1000HP.

Hydropulse – transforms you into a Water type Archdaeva. Using this transformation recovers your HP by 200 each time you receive damage and also has a chance to remove debuffs.
Chain skill: Waterbind – Inflicts 720 water-type damage to enemies within a 15m radius and immobilizes them for 14 seconds.




-This tab allows you to upgrade your skills for enhanced effects.
-Some skills have additional enhancements that would allow for more damage if you are hitting a specific class that corresponds to conditional bonus effect of the skill.

Mage type – Sorcerers, Spirit Masters and Songweavers.
Assassin type – Assassins, Rangers and Gunslingers.
Special type – Clerics, Chanters and Aether Techs.
Warrior type – Gladiators and Templars.

 

Also mobs in norsvold and iluma has special ability which make them one of the special classes as warrior,mage etc .

is it automatically available to transform when u reach lvl 75?

 

You can already transform the moment you're an Archdaeva (Shift + U, Transformation). But you're only able to upgrade the transformation skill when you have enough essence points which you'll get more from each level you go up.

 

in the second layer of the transformation skill how to unlock it?

 

Unavailable until later patches, as far as I know.

 

I dont have essence, Im 75 and has obviously completed the archdaeva quest yet still 0/208 anyone can answer this please? Im an old player from 1.8-2.3 era, Just returned 2 days ago someone might want to help me please
