    How to make Normal Plume +20? i've tried tempering by my self and im stuck at 11 with 400 Tempering Solutions or is there any other way to make Pure Plume +15?
    Any answers would be awesome

    The way you do is the only way to temper it, well it really get hard to temper it as the level of plume get higher. If you're lucky, you can +20 a plume for just 200-400 TS. I suggest you to temper your plume while there is not much players online.
