    Well, the sever have gone through many changes and OFC, there were lots of good things you've missed. As of this meta, Bastion Armor/Weapon are just paltry items to consider. Just try to check in-game, there were many lovely peoples around who could help you. ^_^

    Prime Archon/Guardian Items. But I guess, they are not temperable and enchantable yet. You do have an option, you can opt to have Boundless of Honor items for a +20 armor/weapon sets.
