    i have been keeping this problem silent coz i thought maybe when i reach level 75, it will be activated !
    and still it isnt working !

    CP are the essence points that you can use upgrading your stats ,transformation skills, or skills in the game. you can obtain it through leveling up. the max essence point that you can get is 150
