Hello, I'm sorry if this is the wrong place but I didn't find anywhere else related.
I played Aion for a while like a century ago, don't remember much, and started again yesterday in this server. I'm struggling with the Archdaeva quest like you wouldn't imagine. It reseted back to the beginning twice now, and while I sucked up and started again the first time, now I finally killed the Archdaeva of Eternal Everything and --- nothing, I'm still in the final chamber but the quest went back to "Investigate the Tower Fragment at Eternal Pool". From watching a video (I'm a complete noob and aware of that, bear with me please) I understand that you get a cinematic, then a portal opens and voila you're outta there. I have a "Seal of the watcher" in place of the "Eternity Rift" I see in the video and when I interact with it... yet again, nothing. I'm not sure if this is a server fix to make it work where I'm missing something, or if there is something I'm doing wrong but, please, I'd appreciate any help you could give me, or a guide that was glaringly obvious and visible in the forums and I didn't see.

I sent the letter to all 3.

Restart the quest one more time. I know players went through 3 restarts until it finally worked for them.

Yeah, still happening at the fourth try. I even had my boyfriend try from his computer, same result. But I managed to glean a few things from it all. First thing, every time it's working marvelously until I died against the final boss (still learning where I put every spell xP). At that point I revive, there's no one (visible) there, but someone keeps attacking me until I die again and again or I leave the room's inmediate vicinity, die there and revive out of the invisible killer's initial aggro range. Nothing appears in the combat log during this. Even if I do leave, the second I enter again I start taking damage. Shields work against it but it only delays the inevitable since I can't defend myself, and the only way to fix it is going to the Character Selection Screen (outside the room, since when the invisible attacker is hitting me I'm in combat) and logging in again. When I do that, the version of the Archdaeva that killed me is there, easily attackable (I mean, if I died in the final part, the fire guy, that's the one who will be there). BUT, when I do that is when the quest resets to the point I mentioned earlier... and when I kill it just for kicks nothing happens.

Just a thing I wanted to mention, I actually enjoy this fight and would like to kill the bastard in one combat, and not dividing it in parts. I'm totally willing to die against him 20 times if that's what it takes. But it's a bit frustrating to have to start all over again from almost the beginning just to get a new chance to do the final fight. Is there any way where I can start the quest at the point where I did manage to get legit, just before the Archdaeva?

looks like a priority fix ? ah no sry it's only Lumiel ...

 

Archdeava quest is apparently working now !
I only tried on elyos side for now, gonna check it on asmo side tomorrow and reply here (time for bed ATM ^^). But check yourself it seems to have been fixed

Ok I checked on asmo side and it's working too You can fully enjoy the 5.0 now

I was afraid it would be longer, but 4-5 days waiting is ok Now I'm happy cause Lumiel isn't completly abandonned
