    if the mobs from lower abyss.. sulfur fortress was not deleted.. you can hunt those balaur hearts there..

    PS: I got 120 pcs left there.. wanna have some :D (not for free nyehehe)

    As it was already mentioned above by @gorgeouschick, you can find the item in question around Sulfur fortress which located in the Lower abyss.
    The teleporter isn't necessary, there is another way to get there. Follow the video:

    *Don't use Cygnea Redemption Landing Corridor, you will find yourself in the Upper abyss.
