    We are not the one to fix bugs in general, but this issue is under investigation by us as we still are trying to get more information of this problem (possible causes) that we could forward to the admins. Sadly right now the only thing that could help you out especially if it's during BG time if you contact a GM online to port you back to the right place, but I know it's not as easy always so please bear with us until we find out the exact reason why it's happening. Will also leave you a PM with some questions that could help us figure out.
