Can't activate boss fight on quest TO the Alter of the Fallen God

    I activated the item and was fighting the corruption boss to try and get my blackstar then I dc'd from the server or something and when I restarted the client I couldn't re-activate the quest item to start the boss, I tried char swapping, server swapping, I tried redoing the quest, and I even tried the other questline but I'm stuck not being able to activate the quest item to spawn the boss.
