Can't login in one particular Character

hi GM , I have a problem when I log in to one my particular character,
after selecting this character, it just freezes my screen, I already tried to unstuck in on the web but seems not working, but when I tried to log in with another character is working just fine, It's just this character

 

One of your characters is in a stuck. Wait for a server restart and it will be fixed. Or try to send @Primez a private message here in forums to get that unstuck.

 

do you know, when the server will be restart?

 

There is no schedule when the server gets a restart. If you want to request for a restart, post a reply here.

asking for server restart, and @Noyah said the server already restart yesterday after the altar, but my toons still got hardstuck, what should i do next?

 

As what I have noticed, there are more and more cases with same problem as you. It's becoming like a sort of a glitch. Staffs will handle this matter, figuring out what causes the hard stuck for players even after a restart.
