cant open gamezAion

    description i open i notice the ncsoft logo was gone and it derect to aion logo and before go to the loading section its stock on the black background and when i alt tab some notification appear , failed to initialized the game
    last night i play aion but this morning i cant open it,

    Have you tried applying the latest itempak by any chance? Sounds like it was not installed properly or you installed the wrong one. Include a screenshot of these two folders below: GamezAION/DATA/USA/ITEMS and GamezAION/DATA/ITEMS.

    nope i did not do anything i guess i install not properly
    well i see something wrong i guess this is it my launcher has been disappeared
    this file i use to play Aion *GamezAion 32Bit windows batch file
