Solved Can't sell my house

Hi,
Unable to find my problem with search fonction, or not using the right key words. I come here to find help.

Here is my problem. Lately I bought a new house in Oriel, I had one before so I tried to sell it, but I couldn't the first week. So no problem, I decided to sell it again to access my new house but suddenly I can't sell it anymore.
When I try to access to the "selling panel" from a sign near any house you can find in oriel, I instantly get a send log error, crashing my client.
When I try to access to the "selling panel" from the npc in Oriel (forgot the name), it tells than that I have to do the "[Housing] And A Home for Every Daeva" quest first. But I already done this quest long ago and I currently have an house so I think there's some kind of weird bug.
If anyone got a solution, I'm taking, thanks.

Spoiler: wrong solution

If you need to sell your house immediately because you have paid for the whole month for the maintenance for it, you can just do this:
You make a new account and create a new character there, put some kinah to buy your house and wait for the end of auctions. After that you can buy another house and wait for the next auction to end to get a new one and you can leave your old house unattended until it gets retrieved by Oriel's Housing Authority.

Oh you got bugged, maybe the server needs to get restarted for it to disappear.

Quick update:
The player had bought a new house without selling his old one so he couldn't access the new one without selling the old one but, he could NOT sell his old one because he was getting problems. He eventually lost his new house for not paying his maintenance fee I believe, so he now could go back to selling the old house..

Weird things. I got a few bugs last time I bought a house while still owning one aswell.
