Cant transfer

Why i cant tranfer to siel? Im from lumiel. Its free now right? Coz lumiel is closing. Been trying since last night it only says that "You currently have an active player transfer" nothing happens. Already left legion etc.

Maybe your character is old because last time i read some old player in lumiel got error while transfering PM @Noyah maybe she can help you, or Make new character then transfer it to siel because its work perfectly in new character.

 

Ok will try that. Will delete some chars then make a new to transfer.

 

Try first to transfer your other character because deleting character in lumiel its take long

 

Yea takes hours to be deleted. Alright.. gonna try the last character i made.

I tried to transfer a character from Lumiel, I did all the necessary things for it to be the same as your case. However, everything was new, but still I tried it in case. Fortunately, the transfer was a success.
As what was mentioned above, old characters may have errors when transferring. I suggest you send a private message to @Noyah.

In fact, failed transfer are handled by our HGM @lisveth. Only old characters encounter this type of issue, thus anyone who wants to get his items transferred to Siel mainly (and it is not so much about the character) should do it with a help of a newly-created character as it was said above.

 

Ok thanks ya'll, now im waiting for my chars to be deleted, slot is full xd. Tis will take hours.. will update here later.

 

this trasnfer is litlle shity you need to have clean wh and max 3 cubes of items and even will pass allrdy your old chars tested by myself

You will have to wait until @lisveth reset your transfer, only then you will be able to transfer your characters again. Make sure to transfer your characters with 3 cubes only (Default + Cube 1 + Cube 2). If you have any items on your pet's bag, remove them all.

 

Must be remove ? I got yemenes here. I think yemenes is rare now

 

When I said remove I meant to remove your stuff from the pet's bag.

You need to own 2.5k credits to transfer your char.

 

Problem solved ya'll thanks for yer help guys. heres what i did. For able to help others if they got the same problem. 3 cubes default 1 and 2 only. Left legion, get all items in broker. Removed all items in wh. ang oh items on pet bag if you have.
