Try cleaning up your browsing history and cookies. Or else, you can try voting after the cool down time.

For sure, someone else's account shares the same IP info with you.

Well i have this problem recently but i think its because of the game system. I dont really want to blame the gms cause they are doing what they can to stop us from free loading and stuff but in any case, its kinda annoying. I hope it will get better soon because its the only way to develop further your character aside from spending real kinnah.

I experienced that too, solo pc, with internet fiber, yesterday i can't vote and i try to vote early in the morning this day and it did so i try to vote right now for my 2nd vote of the day and now with the same problem. tsk2
