    Change character/family name bug cap​
    Bug Description:
    As the title says, there is a bug in this item in pearl shop because there is a cap of 2 on it.
    It is said that you take pearl shop data from retail and as such, they should have this cap, but they don't as you can see in these pictures.

    Therefore, it is a bug.

    How to reproduce/proof:
    Open the pearl shop and see that it indeed has a cap when in retail there is no cap.​

    Wen BDO start it was limited items 2 per family. We had same and for overlimit we added it in webshop. Later retail found that its also need remove limit so later they removed it, cuz they sell 1000 cash for 10 euro. On gamez u obtain 5000 cash for 10 euro. And on moment when retail removed limit we already had more than 14000 sold coupons. So if we just make it free items then its be not fair to all those people who bought it. Its not a bug, we just not removed limit on this items after retail does. Its intended on gamez. If u want change it u can become gamez sponsor, send to admin 14000*Price of coupon, and i am sure admin will make this items free for all witout limits.

    Well, putting the Shadow Chaser and Leonidas outfit in the pearl shop permanently wasn't fair for the people who bought them in the cash shop as well, and we are talking about an item that costs 5 times more than the coupon. Time changes, outfits get released in the pearl shop and items that had caps shouldn't have them anymore.
