chat problems

    i can't see the chat, only the ''system''/grey chat type.
    so i can't see what i've typed or what others have typed.
    (yes i have checked if its on in the chat settings and everything is on & restarted)

    Click on Add Chat Window and in Chat Window Settings make sure to select all. Let me know if the problem presists.

    Yes i already have checked so they are all checked. I dont see any of the things you have in the pic. just markerplace stuff and like "you picked up x" "x got a coralearring" "x is registered on the market"

    Close your client and navigate to the following directory in your computer:
    Code:
    %userprofile%\Documents\Black Desert
    Delete UserCache folder and launch the game.

    i deleted the folder and restarted but i still can't see anything else but the grey system chat

    My guess is you are missing something, if deleting the usercache folder didn't solve the problem, I suggest you to check the files.
    Click on the launcher Settings -> Force Check -> Let it complete the checking file process.
