Client Crash on character log in

Character Name: Oyasumii (templar, Asmodian)
Bug: Character bug (cannot log in character)
My Gamezaion client crashes (goes to reconnect then crashes when you try to log in again) when I log in my templar (Oyasumii).
I've already filed an unstuck request and she's been unstuck already (her current position is now in Ishalgen instead of Pandaemonium).
This does not happen on my other characters. I've also installed the proper item.pak, no anti-viruses, win-defender etc.
I have no clue on what to do next and I need my main character for aesthetic purposes (most of my remodels are there).
If someone could help I would really appreciate it. Thanks

It is either your mailbox full or your character got hard stuck. If my unstick didn't work then you will have to wait for a server restart.

It has nothing to do with the fact that you're unable to login.
