[Combat] NPC Jump/Charge​

Bug Description:

Disappointingly the NPC's are bugged whenever they attempt to Jump-attack or Charge-attack, all the NPC's I have fought today with an ability to jump/charge-attack have bugged when doing so. They end up teleporting around (even to places that seem impossible) and then without animation just hit you out of the blue only to go reset themselves AND their HP.​

Unfortunately the problem persists and since this is a BSQ (BlackSpiritQuestline) quest that needs to be completed -or else you cannot get a Fairy later in the game- the problem needs to be solved as soon as possible

Pretty please with sugar on top make this a priority!
