Connection with the server has been lost

Always get that problem after character selection section when i tried to connect after selecting character, theres no problem with my network and already tried with vpn and changing mtu but still not working

 

Are you using COMODO antivirus? MSI Afterburner? Razer synapse?

 

none of those u mention i had used

 

If you manage to get to the character selection screen, something prevents you from entering the game. Open the tray (usually bottom right, depends on your windows language) and check which softwares are running.

 

i already checked and didnt find those softwares that you mention, i also using task manager to check if those running in background processes and found nothing

 

got the same problem here, kicked right after selecting character

 

Can confirm the odd behavior of the game after the last update that indeed it is impossible to login now as with the others everytime I choose a character the game just shuts down and I have even just run a force check and tried again after but to no avail.

I have checked all background processes as well as anything else that might interfere but unfortunately it is the game that is misbehaving at the moment, it goes without saying that when the game system is not working that this should be top priority (yeah I know wishful thinking) so I will have to leave the GamezBD community behind until this is fixed

 

yeah, same here I've done everything I can from the client side, my background process is only generic windows process, but when I tried again, still the same,
so nothing more I can do until it fixed from the server side, which I'm guessing is about compatibility issues

 

Spoke to the Developer Kolka and he just suggested that I delete all the files in my BDO folder (not cache) except for PAZ folder and GamezBD Launcher folder, then do a forced check.

After deleting cache and the BDO folders as well as reinstalling the problem was finally fixed after a forced check!

 

Was playing fine 20 min ago got crash, now i press start from launcher, it disappears like its startting but its not it just came back like never touched. I use no security software or such.

 

So you reinstall your game to fix that ?

hi guys, I have some disconnection issues too after character selection, but after I restart my router, it solved the problem. But here is the strange thing, now I got disconnected after in-game loading screen (sometimes the screen has shown my character in-game but the server chat still nothing, it means I still having issues with the connection and then got disconnected after a few seconds), any clue?

I have tried yours but still got the same problem, which is strange, sometimes I can log-in, sometimes it just very hard / impossible to connect at all. My internet seems fine. (Scenario: I got disconnected error again after some time in noon (Logged in peacefully -> suddenly disconnected -> never connected again in the same day)
