crashing

    hi!
    everytime i try to join it crahses. i choose sever, character and i try to join the game. as you can see in the video, it gets black - idk why it always crashes but it decided to become a black screen so i have to force close it. i can play on my old computer fine but for somereason not on this one

    Force check your client. Log out of the launcher, choose settings at the top right of the launcher, and choose force check. If this does not work, repair the retail bdo client as well.

    i did them both but it's still here. everytime it loads the map it just crashes
