Winter is coming and so are the winter-themed events for Black Desert Online this week. Check out the holly jolly events below!

Event 1. Do you want to build a snowman?
Period: From 3078 patch - 29.01.2021

1. Go and accept a special quest from NPC Lara in Heidel.
2. Borrow a snowball cannon from NPC Techthon and set it up.
3. Use the snowball cannon to help Lara build a snowman secretly without the children finding out!

• This special quest can be completed once per day per family during the event period. The quest will reset at 00:00 UTC daily.
• Please note the special quest must be completed individually regardless of being in a Party or not.

• Snowball Cannon Assembly Kit (Cost: 10 Energy) and Snowball (Cost: 5 Energy), needed to progress through the quest [Event] Lara's Request, can be obtained from Techthon in Heidel by consuming Energy.

Event 2. You better watch out, you better not cry!
Period: From 3078 patch - 29.01.2021
1. Meet the event NPCs wanting to decorate the Ancient Cron Trees in designated towns and accept the quest [Event] You Better Watch Out, You Better Not Cry!
2. Complete the quest (available once per family per day) and obtain [Event] Cron Tree Decoration.
3. Accept and complete the quest [Event] Grandpa Cron Knows It All! from the same NPC.
4. Decorate the Ancient Cron Tree by handing the [Event] Cron Tree Decoration and receive [Event] Grandpa Cron’s Gift as quest completion reward.

Event Notice

• You must complete the quest [Event] You Better Watch Out, You Better Not Cry! first in order to accept the quest [Event] Grandpa Cron Knows It All!
• The event quest is available once per day per family and resets at 00:00 UTC.
• If you lose the [Event] Cron Tree Decoration necessary to proceed with the quest, you can get another one by talking to the event NPCs located in each town.

• Event quests can be completed in only the 6 listed towns (Velia, Heidel, Calpheon, Altinova, Valencia, Grána) and the trees will show their advancement together, with changes in their appearance. As the trees advance through the stages, they will become more ornate and vibrant.
• Every time the event quest is completed 100 times, the Ancient Cron Tree will advance into the next stage. There are a total of 13 stages, and when the tree has reached its final stage, a star ornament will appear on the top of the tree.
• Ancient Cron Trees will be available in the relevant towns of all servers respectively except for Olvia and Arsha servers.
• Event quests will remain even after the event period but because the final quest NPC will be gone, the event quests will not be able to be completed.
• The Ancient Cron Tree that reaches its final stage cannot be decorated anymore; please look for another tree in another location to hang your decorations.
