    i withraw my kinah ... almost 150m for upgrading some gear but all of the sudden I receive nothing...

    can I still recover my 150m kinah from online time exchange ??

    Just a little check:
    1- Did you logged off before you do the exchange?
    2- Are you sure that you sent it to the right character? Have you tried checking all of your toons?
    3- You try to relogue?
    4- Are you level 75? (The toon where you sended the Kinah)

    If all is ok, maybe is bugg and you will need talk with Lautaro. Check this post too http://forum.gameznetwork.com/threads/online-time-exchange-bug.202236/#post-2035451

    1. Yes, i logged out when i used the OTE.
    2. Yes, i checked all my toons, but i didnt see any kinah received.
    3. I relog almost 5 times already.
    4. Im already a lvl 75.

    I also have the same problem before.. I OTE 145 m kinah,, no kinah sent to any of my toons..

    why my account didnt recieve any kinah at OTE ive online a whole day and yet no kinah recieve??? what happen??? even the time and minutes didnt move
