First of all I would like to say sorry for our benevolence to fullyfie task. However, I would like to say that kind SeniorAM Luffin was there, saw us to kill Boss. We killed it in front of hes eyes, there was no exploiting, no breaking rules or anything. We are just normal players that did the mistake. Not a mistake, we just forget to complete one not necessary step. In this way, I please you to think about our kill of the boss. It will be lesson for us, please dont let us be in shame. /time command is important I know, but thing that AM saw us could be sorry for our inattention.

Well we did all fair, just forget one not that necessary step. Not fair are other things like hacks, insulting or things like that... But it is really /time command necessary in this event? After this message I know that I can't make you change your mind OK. But just little advise to next time... Sometimes be more kind, be more helpful. You never know who you help or to who you are kind. Actually it is all what I wanted to say... Not going to talk more about who I am, what I wanted to do or why staff need to be sometimes more helpful in little mistakes. Thanks for your time.

 

You're complaining about a mistake you made, you admit to the mistake and learn from it. I cannot sideline the rules to make you happy nor will I push my rules aside while others who follow them step by step and make the necessary effort not to forget stand idly by. Do not compare your mistake to the staff ability to help and 'being kind' to others. We're here to help person with their problems, not excuse their errors for the sake of their gain.

Refrain from complaining about something your group clearly committed, others from the group already agreed it's a mistake and PM'd me that they won't make it again next time, I don't see why you seek to argue over something you're clearly in err of.
