Have you set exceptions for Windows Defender and firewall for BDO folder?

Here is an article on how to set the exceptions.
    • Go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Security > Virus & threat protection.
    • Under Virus & threat protection settings, select Manage settings, and then under Exclusions, select Add or remove exclusions.
    • Select Add an exclusion, and then find 'D:\Games\GamezBDO\' and also GamezBD folder and add it. A folder exclusion will apply to all subfolders within the folder as well.

Try deleting the bin64 folder and force checking the game. If the force checking doesn't work try moving your BDO folders to your C drive.

Do you use any proxy programs? What version of windows are you using? Is it Insider Preview Edition? If it is, you may need to revert it. If it's not, try turning off Windows Defender and your firewall. Try running a system file check. To run system file check open a command prompt as an administrator and type the following command exactly as it appears below:
    sfc /scannow

Windows "insider/preview/beta" is not supported, and neither are "cracked/pirated" versions of windows.
