Solved Essence allocation problem

I am lacking points despite achieving level 75. I am aware that I could simply create a new character to rectify this problem. But this character contains untradeable items and on top of that, I had invested so much time in this character and I would like to refrain from creating a new one.

 

Just create a new character then You will say fixed with your ING that want to fixed.. Just say ( Fixed Bepolar )
cause you have the same problem with my friend.. and he only do that..

 

Thanks for the response, just wanted to clarify. So I will create a new character first then seek help from the administrator to fixed the new character to my old one?

Log in to another character in the same account then type .fix<space>"character name" (example: .fix ghostsoulz). This worked for me and I hope it works for you too.
