    Fix workers stats and skills finally​
    Bug Description:
    This has been reported multiple times in the past. Workers dont get increased stats when they level up and their skills dont work at all. +3 clothes doesnt work. Increased speed doesnt work.​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    Just hire a worker level 1 then level him to level 2 and see no stat change . Also get him with +3 clothes skill and craft with him cooking clothes and see that it doesnt craft 3 but 1.​
