    i wrot this question some times ago:

    So i was checking around... and i sow "aionatomix" i plaed there last year and left it to 2.1.0.5 client...i sow it today and they updated to 2.5.0.0 and they fly anywhere work's. i dont know what aion source they use but they fix "FLY"
    Can u check plz...

    I hope they won't bring back freefly. We got Reshanta for a reason.

    I like how it free-fly doesnt work now. I dun very much like aerial flights anyway.

    yea but think about it dont u get bored having to walk very far for stuff now i know i do it makes aion really boring thats y i dont play the real aion game

    Thats for a whole diffirent core system, also for 2.5.
    We will be updating to 2.6 this weekend.

    And yes I agree with the others the abyss is there for a reason, I'm not a huge fan of aerial pvp.

    I totally agree with you but there are some places that afaik, meant to have freefly
    e.g Brusthonin .

    Reshanta can be blocked from fly...i like that...
    but ather places: heiron,theobomos... i think is needed ???

    I don't mind bringing back freefly at those areas, however if they make Balaurrea a fly-zone as well, that'd be...gay.

    In heiron, at the aethertapping areas (such as Storm Circle) you can fly, at least I could.

    it's fine as it is now , only free fly in theobomos for the newbies was better ! xD flying to calydon village instead of running around but imo if u want flying pvp go to the core. done

    Well i think you could allow free fly in brusthonin/Theombos - Panda/Sanctum ,other maps isnt made for free fly....i played atomix ... ....btw ther isnt free fly in heiron and belu :pOn atomix u can fly in capita lcities and non pvp maps so thats good :)

    it's called flight tax. it's like how Airline companies pay taxes for ever flight yet they own the Airplane, make sense?

    Well what i think is funny is none of my moeny disappears when i free fly in altgard and abyss so doesnt seem like u have to pay
