Forgot Password from Website not sending email.

Hi! i forgot my gamezaion account password. It said that it has already sent the email. But this is my second try already, it hasn't sent any email at all.

nothing in other as well.. its more than 12 hours and no email has been sent. I tried both the forgot username and password feature

 

Try a look on "Spam" and "Archive".

 

Both are empty as well.

 

First, I don't think it's a good idea that you show details of your account in public, like your e-mail address. This prevents any unwanted activities against your account.

Is your account an old one? If yes, you might want to check the e-mail address that you used for your account. It may be that you had some typographical errors when you tried registering the e-mail address. If it's old, like it was made in 2013, it may be that the characters are wiped out, so you may want to reconsider starting over, if ever. Have you also tried to resend the e-mail recovery request again, or try to type in your search bar "Gamez", maybe it'll filter out some messages that you weren't aware that got deleted. If not, you can contact @Noyah, not sure if she's still doing this, but I believe she can help you with e-mail recovery.
