[Forum Event] Halloween Cryptogram!

A cryptogram is a phrase or quote that has been encrypted
by simple letter or number substitution. ~Wordles


As stated from the definition of Cryptogram above, it is a type of puzzle game that consists of a short piece of encrypted text/phrase.
Was not originally created for entertainment but for encrypting personal secrets or military information in the past.

This is a Daily (One Day Long) Forum Event where I will be posting a Cryptogram in the scheduled dates (written below) and whoever successfully solve the puzzle wins that particular round.
(Similar to the last Summer Scrambler Event)

To win this event you'll have to be fast in solving the puzzle!

I will be posting a Cryptogram and all you have to do is to fill in the letters that correspond to the numbers below the blanks to solve the phrase.

At the top of the phrase is the KEY that lists all the alphabets from A to Z.
Each of the letters has a corresponding number from 1 to 26, placed in each letter and totally random. Some letters are already given out to make it easier for you. These are the letters that you need not to bother solving, rather to use it as a guide to solve the other numbers.

All the phrases that I'll be giving out are from a diary of a Daeva about how he spent his Halloween.
In-game screenshots will be posted as well together with the Cryptogram to serve as your clue.

Everybody is allowed to join, even Staff members.
Only ONE (1) winner for each round.
You can only win ONCE in this event.
(That means, if you already won from a previous round, you don't get to join and win on the next rounds, again. This is to make sure we are giving chances to others. And don't even try joining with a dummy account. We'll be keeping watchful eyes on every participants of this event. However, the BONUS ROUND is an exceptional.)

Few decoding tips:

• The most common letters in the English language are: E, T, A, O, I, N, S, H, R, D, L, U.
• Consider letter position. E, for instance, is more likely to appear at a word's end than its beginning.
• Punctuation may provide clues. A single letter after an apostrophe is usually S or T. A comma is often followed by a conjunction; if a 3 letter word, try AND, BUT, or FOR.
• A letter standing alone is almost always either A or I.
• Double letters at the end of the word will often be LL or SS.
• Double letters in the middle of a 4-letter word will often be EE or OO.
• Don't hesitate to use some trial-and-error guesswork, but don't hesitate to abandon your initial guesses if they are not working out.

Make sure to follow this format (at least the PM content) when you send your entry. I wont be accepting any entries with incomplete information in it even if the answer is actually correct.

You can send more than one entry but ONE ENTRY AT A TIME!
How does that go? Simple.
When you send me a PM with your first answer, wait for my reply before you can send your next entry.
A reply from me will mean two things: Your answer was wrong or your entry is invalid.
When I informed you that your answer was wrong, that's the only time you can try some luck again.
If you didn't receive any reply from me? It will mean two things: You won. Or someone else did. So make sure to check the event thread to keep yourself updated.

Make sure to check the dates to find out when I will be hosting this event but keep in mind that the "time" for each date is totally random.

As I stated above, these Cryptogram puzzle pieces are taken from a Daeva's diary entry about how he spent his Halloween. As you may all have guessed, the story involves an unsolved mystery...

After announcing the winner of Round 10's Cryptogram, arrange all the 10 answered puzzles in order to form the diary's real content.
