    You can use this token while enchanting your gear online. Once you will try to enchant any of your items using website it will show you you have a free enchantment token.

    log-in in your website, go to "My Characters" then click on "Inventory" of the character you want and click on "Enchant". Not all weapons/armors/wings can be enchanted on this way.
